- Pixinsight (WBPP). Sub-frame registration and integration (Average combine - Winsorized Sigma
Clipping) - PixInsight (WBPP). Mure Denoise - PixInsight. Non-linear stretching, normalization and
gradient removal - PixInsight. Curves, Levels, RGB combine, Luminance

Image size is approximately 3991x2808. North is up in this image. This image shows a
pair of spiral galaxies, NGC 672 and IC 1727. The upper of the two
galaxies is NGC 672 - SB(s)cd; the lower is IC 1727 - SB(s)m - a barred
Magellanic spiral. The latter being kind of clumpy with irregular, barely distinguishable
arms. Both galaxies have pretty similar distance estimates in both redshift and
Tulley-Fisher - 22 to 26 million light years. There are three pretty distinct edge
on galaxies (LEDA 181156, PGC 6632, and 2MFGC 01344). These are in the
distance range of about 480 million light years by redshift estimate.
Galaxy LEDA 1806558 is also in this field at a further distance of 1,161 million
light yearsThere are numerous background galaxies that
can be seen in the full size image. The furthest objects are the Quasars and their distances range from 6.59 to
11.78 billion years (Lookback). These objects,
information, background galaxies, and some of the brighter stars are identified in the
annotated
image. Horizontal FOV is approximately 38.75 arc minutes. Full size
image scale is approximately 0.59 arcsec/pix. Image Center approximately - Equatorial 2000: RA: 01h 47m 46s Dec: +27°25'08"
