Scope: C8 f/3.3 Location: Dos Picos Park, Ramona, CA 1/10/2004 Camera: ToUcam SC3

Exposure: 12 x 36 sec, Exposure with IR Block, 10 x 120 sec HA exposure, RGB Exposures taken from an earlier image.

Processing: Captured and stacked in K3CCDTools with HA, IR saved as FITs. HA, IR masters were co-registered in Astroart along with previous RGBs taken 11/18/2003. Some Lowpass filtering was applied on the HA and IR channels. HA and IR were combined for Luminance. HA and Red combined for red. These combinations and LRGB combine were done in Photoshop. Luminance Layering was used. No ears - the exposure was made with RAW mode. Color balancing and final touches in Photoshop.

This was a guided exposure. I had imaged this object in November without an HA exposure and I did not get the color right. I used the RGB exposures from November and combined them with these recent Luminance exposures made in RAW mode. This image replaces the November 2003 image which can be seen in the Archives here. Horizontal FOV is 26'
